Swamy Foods is a proudly Australian business offering a range of authentic Indian food products. It started as a small idea between people who missed the taste of home, and grew into a trusted source of Indian spices, appalams and vadams across Australia.

    Which locations do you deliver to?

    We currently deliver to all states / postcodes in Australia.

    Do you take custom orders?

    Yes. Please contact us on enquiry@swamyfoods.com.au or 0493 129 799 with any special requirements you have, and we will be happy to help.

    How are your delivery charges calculated?

    Delivery rates are subject to the quantity and weight of the products in your order, and where it is going. A small order costs less to send than a large, heavy one. We work out the exact amount for your order and show it on your invoice, so you know the full cost before you pay.

    What are the delivery timeframes?

    Delivery timeframes depend on the delivery address / location. We use either a personal courier or Australia Post depending on the location. We will give you an expected timeframe with your invoice, though it may be subject to Australia Post delays.

    Placing an order & payment

    How do I place an order?

    Tap "Add to cart" under each product you want, open your cart, and choose "Continue to checkout". Add your name and delivery details, then check your address and quantities on the review page and confirm. You can check out as a guest, or log in to save your details for next time.

    What happens after I place my order?

    We check that your items are in stock, then email you an invoice with the order details, final total and shipping. We will also email and/or call/message you to confirm your desired payment method (bank transfer or cash on delivery) and confirm dispatch. You can follow your order any time with "Track order" at the top of this page.

    What modes of payment do you accept?

    We currently accept bank transfer or cash on delivery. Our account details are provided in your invoice.

    Can I call you after I place my order?

    Absolutely. Call us on 0493 129 799 — we will be happy to help.

    Can I order if an item shows "Out of stock"?

    Out-of-stock items can't be added to the cart. Please contact us on enquiry@swamyfoods.com.au or 0493 129 799 and we'll let you know when it's back in stock.

    Do I need an account to order?

    No. You can check out as a guest. An account just saves your delivery details and lets you see your past orders.
